Introducing a new Silverlight Team Blog

I am happy to post that we have started a Silverlight Team blog which members of our marketing team have agreed to champion. We have a lot of people that work on Silverlight from marketing, business development, development, test, and other sister teams that contribute to the product. We will have various members of the Silverlight team posting here (including yours truly) so hope you will find the information valuable.

I will continue to post here on my own blog the things that I think are relevant to the Silverlight business and may time and time again refer to the team blog when appropriate.

Busy times for Silverlight

Sorry for the hiatus between posts as we have been heads down gearing up for several great Silverlight powered events like CBS's March Madness on Demand 2009, SxSW (South by Southwest Music Festival), and as well all the great things our team is doing at Mix09 this week in Vegas. We announced many things this week besides March Madness on Demand with CBS, we also announced Silverlight being used for the 2010 Olympics in Vancouver.

These events are great opportunities to not only demonstrate the flexibility of the technology, but also gives us a chance to get our team out to meet with our customers.
